Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and control production processes to maintain quality.
• Conduct tests to verify product specifications.
• Implement improvements to the production process.
• Train operators on safe machine handling and best practices.
• Work closely with engineering teams on design modifications.
• Participate in troubleshooting equipment failures.
• Provide feedback on product performance and manufacturing processes.
• Maintain compliance with environmental and safety standards.
• Collaborate in team problem-solving sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in Metal Fabrication field
• Experience with CNC machinery is advantageous

Experience

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment

Certifications

• Confined Space Entry

Languages

• English: Fluent
