Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in the execution of mining projects from conception to completion.
• Assess and manage costs, budgets, and schedules for mining operations.

• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational hazards.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff on mining best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Geology
• Master's degree preferred

• 5+ years of experience in mining operations
