Responsibilities

  • Design creative concepts and themes for events to enhance guest experience.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Work with marketing teams to promote events and engage target audiences.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors for catering, décor, and technology.
  • Create detailed project plans and track progress towards event goals.
  • Conduct site visits to assess venues and make recommendations to clients.
  • Provide support in contract negotiations and vendor management.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Event Management or Hospitality
