Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and friendly Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Hotel Excellence. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. A strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service by addressing requests and concerns.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of cleaned rooms to ensure quality.
  • Manage laundry services as needed, ensuring a timely turnaround.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report low stock levels.
  • Adhere to environmentally friendly cleaning practices.
  • Help organize and participate in housekeeping events and initiatives.
  • Assist guests with special requests or requirements with a friendly approach.
  • Perform nightly room checks as needed.
  • Stay updated on hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred but not essential.
