Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Event Coordinator to join our team in Mandurah. This role will involve overseeing event logistics from conception to execution, ensuring each event runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed plans and budgets for each event.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations at events.
  • Evaluate event outcomes and prepare reports for management.
  • Assist with training and overseeing junior event staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Communications
  • Master's degree in Event Management is preferred

  • 5+ years experience in event management or coordination
