Job Description

We are seeking an Eligibility Interviewer to play a key role in matching job seekers with employment opportunities. You will guide candidates through their job search and work closely with businesses to understand their hiring needs.

Responsibilities

  • Connect deeply with job seekers to understand their unique journeys.
  • Support job seekers through all stages of their job search.
  • Maintain employer relationships to facilitate a seamless hiring process.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of job vacancies and candidate suitability.
  • Prepare and present candidates for interviews with employers.
  • Facilitate skills workshops to boost job readiness.
  • Maintain detailed records of placements and progress for continuous improvement.
  • Utilise various platforms to source candidates and job openings.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR or recruitment

Certifications
  • Australian HR certification (AHRI)
Languages
