We are seeking an Eligibility Interviewer to play a key role in matching job seekers with employment opportunities. You will guide candidates through their job search and work closely with businesses to understand their hiring needs.
Responsibilities
Connect deeply with job seekers to understand their unique journeys.
Support job seekers through all stages of their job search.
Maintain employer relationships to facilitate a seamless hiring process.
Conduct thorough assessments of job vacancies and candidate suitability.
Prepare and present candidates for interviews with employers.
Facilitate skills workshops to boost job readiness.
Maintain detailed records of placements and progress for continuous improvement.
Utilise various platforms to source candidates and job openings.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
Experience
2-5 years of experience in HR or recruitment

Australian HR certification (AHRI)
Languages
