You will be tasked with controlling the bull ladle operations, ensuring the safe and efficient transfer of molten metal. This hands-on role will require you to monitor temperatures and collaborate closely with other team members, providing essential support in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the bull ladle effectively to transfer molten metal to molds.
  • Monitor the temperature of the ladle, making adjustments as needed to ensure metal quality.
  • Ensure the ladle is clean and ready for use before each pouring session.
  • Collaborate with production team members to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Adhere to safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist with maintenance and minor repairs of the pouring equipment.
  • Participate in safety drills and training when necessary.
  • Provide feedback on processes and contribute to team discussions on improvements.

Requirements

Education

Experience
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or similar roles is a plus but not essential.
