Job Description

As a Customer Field Representative at Utilities Solutions, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while engaging with clients face-to-face. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues on site.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Deliver timely service and follow-ups after customer interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience in retail or sales is highly advantageous
