Join our enthusiastic team as a Harness Puller, where your primary responsibility will be to pull harnesses for different types of equipment, ensuring safe and compliant installations as well as documenting work processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare harnesses for installation on equipment.
• Conduct routine checks on harness installations for compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols during harness pulling and installation procedures.
• Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of tools used in harness pulling.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in harness pulling is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in harness pulling

Technical Skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used for harness pulling

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills

Advantageous

• Experience with automotive harness pulling: Background in harness pulling for vehicles and machinery.
• Experience with heavy equipment harness pulling: Hands-on experience with machinery involving harness installations.
