Job Description

As a Casing Cooker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of sausage casings. Your primary responsibility will involve cooking and preparing casings in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to recipes and methods for casing preparation.
  • Assist in developing new recipes for casing preparation.
  • Train new staff on equipment operation and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance production efficiency.
  • Participate in team meetings to improve workflow.
  • Replenish supplies as needed to maintain production.
  • Engage in continuous learning about food safety regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food processing or relevant certifications preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role in food production.
