Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Water Resources Planner to join our team in Melbourne. You will be responsible for managing and implementing water resource plans, conducting hydrological assessments, and ensuring sustainability through effective planning.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with government agencies to ensure adherence to environmental policies.
  • Conduct regular site assessments and inspections.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions on sustainable water practices.
  • Analyze environmental data to inform planning processes.
  • Provide expert advice on water resource management at community meetings.
  • Assist in developing public outreach and education programs related to water sustainability.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Water Resources Engineering, or related field
  • Master's degree in Water Resources Management is highly desirable
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in water resources planning or related field.
