We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our growing team in Gold Coast. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our internal and external clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and enhancing their overall IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to network incidents and outages.
• Provide technical support during company events and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or IT support related field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience

• Remote Support Tools

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Scripting skills in PowerShell or Bash: Ability to automate tasks using scripting languages.
• Experience with VoIP systems: Understanding of Voice over IP technologies and troubleshooting.
