Job Description

The Command and Control Center Officer will be instrumental in overseeing and coordinating operational activities within our command center. This role requires effective communication and quick decision-making to ensure timely responses to incidents and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational readiness of the command center, ensuring all systems are functional.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with team members and external agencies.
• Lead incident command during high-pressure situations, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
• Maintain compliance with emergency management regulations and policies.
• Create and manage incident response plans, adapting them as necessary.
• Ensure continual improvement of operations through feedback and training.
• Act as a point of contact for all command center operations, maintaining clear records.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare contingency plans for various scenarios.
• Promote a team-oriented environment, fostering collaboration and communication.

Advantageous

• Previous experience in defence sectors: Experience with command elements in military or defence agencies.
