Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will assist machine operators in the textile manufacturing process, ensuring efficient production of high-quality fabrics. Your role is pivotal in setup, operation, and maintenance of our needle punch machines.

Responsibilities

• Support machine operators in the setup of production equipment.
• Feed the machine with necessary fabrics, ensuring proper operation.
• Check the quality of output and report discrepancies.
• Keep the workspace clean and maintain all equipment in good condition.
• Assist in packing products for dispatch, ensuring accuracy.
• Engage with team members to enhance teamwork and productivity.
• Adhere to all safety protocols during operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Training in textile machinery operation is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in textile manufacturing or production preferred

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience operating needle punch machines: Hands-on experience with needle punch machinery preferred.
