CNC Machinist

Job Description

As a CNC Machinist, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to create precision parts while following strict safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines for complex parts.
• Interpret and read technical drawings and schematics.
• Utilize CAD/CAM software for programming CNC equipment.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in CNC machining

Technical Skills

• G-code Programming
• Multi-axis Machining

Soft Skills

• Strong Communication Skills
• Teamwork

Advantageous

• Familiar with lean manufacturing principles: Knowledge and application of lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
• ISO 9001 certification: Familiarity with quality management systems according to ISO standards.
