Job Description

As a Court, Municipal, and License Clerk, you will play a crucial role in recording and managing the minutes of meetings and relevant documentation. You will ensure the accurate flow of information within our organization, facilitating effective communication and decision-making. Your attention to detail will be essential in maintaining compliance with confidentiality protocols and data protection regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate documentation of court proceedings and municipal meetings.
  • Support budget and policy development through efficient record-keeping.
  • Assist in the processing of licenses and permits.
  • Compile reports and summaries for management review.
  • Coordinate training sessions for new staff on document management systems.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in minute-taking or relevant field (desirable)
Experience
  • Prior experience in minute taking or administrative roles is preferred.
